In Dnipro court, a preventive measure is being determined for a suspect involved in a fatal accident that resulted in a child's death.

In the Leninsky District Court of Dnipro, a measure of restraint is being determined for 17-year-old Arseniy Bessonov, who is involved in a high-profile traffic accident that resulted in the death of a 10-year-old girl, as reported by "Vydomo".

Initially, it was believed that he was the one driving the car, but it was later established that he was a passenger; however, he is facing charges for failing to assist the injured and other offenses.

During the court session, Arseniy's father was recognized as his legal representative. Additionally, it was revealed that he had previously been subjected to administrative penalties three times: incidents involving traffic accidents, causing harm to others, fleeing the scene of a crime, and driving without the necessary documents.

The prosecution is requesting round-the-clock house arrest for Bessonov.
