In Nikopol, a gathering of two retirees ended in a violent clash (VIDEO)

In Nikopol, a murder occurred in an apartment on Knyazheskaya Street, as reported by "Vідомо" citing the police of Dnipropetrovsk region.

In the building's entrance, law enforcement discovered traces of blood and, upon entering the apartment, found the victim's body showing no signs of life. The killer was present at the crime scene. During the investigation, police established that on that day, around 1 PM, a conflict arose between the 67-year-old apartment owner and his 69-year-old acquaintance, during which the suspect retrieved his knife from the bedroom and stabbed the victim three times.

The man died from his injuries. Authorities collected evidence at the scene and apprehended the 67-year-old attacker, who had previously been convicted in 2024 for causing serious bodily harm to another individual.

The police detained the suspect in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
