Recently, in Dnipro on Peredova Street, a drunk driver of a VAZ vehicle was stopped, who had previously been stripped of his driving privileges. This was reported by "Vydomo" citing the Patrol Police of Dnipropetrovsk Region.

During the interaction with the driver, the police noticed signs of alcohol intoxication. The man underwent a breathalyzer test, which confirmed that he was behind the wheel while intoxicated – his blood alcohol concentration was 0.92‰.

It was also revealed that this individual had driven under the influence before and had been deprived of his driving rights for 5 years. Nevertheless, he disregards the court's decision and has already been held administratively accountable within the past year.

The patrol officers drew up protocols under Part 2 of Article 130 (Driving under the influence, repeat offense) and Part 5 of Article 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person deprived of the right to drive, repeat offense) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. Additionally, since the citizen's actions exhibited signs of Article 382 (Failure to comply with a court decision) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the inspectors called in an investigative operational group to the scene.

He was removed from driving the vehicle.
