On Monday, December 23, MP Nikolai Tishchenko once again failed to appear in court in Dnipro. After ignoring previous hearings, he was supposed to be brought in forcibly. This was reported by "Vydomo," citing "Suspilne".
On December 23, the hearing continued in the Babushkinsky District Court of Dnipro regarding the case of MP Nikolai Tishchenko and former special unit fighter Dmitry Mazokha.
Tishchenko, along with another defendant, former police officer Bohdan Pysarenko, who are accused of unlawfully depriving a person of their freedom, were to be forcibly brought into the courtroom according to the ruling from the previous session.
According to the prosecutor, Tishchenko himself had promised to come, and therefore no coercion was applied to him. The court was scheduled to start at 11:00 AM. Tishchenko was awaited for a whole hour, but the MP did not arrive. This marks the third time he has failed to appear at the hearing.
Before the court session began, the victim, Dmitry Mazokha, stated that he is seeking justice.
