On Wednesday, February 26, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court in Lviv continues to hear the case regarding the murder of linguist Iryna Faryon. During the session, video evidence was presented; however, the materials froze during playback. Additionally, individuals wearing t-shirts in support of the accused resident of Dnipro, Vyacheslav Zinchenko, were present in the courtroom. This was reported by "Vidomo" citing "Suspilne", "Novyny.LIVE", and Lviv Telegram channels.
The video from the courtroom shows Zinchenko's "support group." Several women wore identical white t-shirts featuring the accused's image along with the phrase "Zinchenko is innocent." The accused himself also requested a t-shirt with his photo, but in black. It is also noticeable in the video that he is speaking with a woman who came to support him.
The video related to Faryon's murder case froze during the viewing. One of the participants in the session pointed out that the suspect's lawyer started playing a game on his phone.
Furthermore, during the session, a shell found at the crime scene was shown.
The accused also once again reproached Faryon's daughter, claiming that she "goes on vacation."
"At the same time, she says that she spends every penny on the front. And she travels abroad for 150,000 hryvnias," the accused noted.
