By the end of February 2025, a system will be implemented that enables conscripts to receive electronic directions for medical examinations through "Reserve+", eliminating the need for personal visits to the recruitment centers. Decisions made by the military medical commission will be sent electronically to the Ministry of Defense’s information systems, including the "Oberih" registry, rather than in paper form.
This change will allow military personnel to undergo medical examinations at any convenient medical institution, with doctors' conclusions stored digitally along with the necessary signatures. The Ministry of Defense emphasized that this digital approach aims to reduce corruption risks, optimize the process, and separate the functions of the military medical commission and recruitment centers, which will help avoid long queues at enlistment points.
