Ingredients:

  • Salt — 1 tsp.
  • Puff pastry without yeast;
  • Egg yolk — 1 pc.;
  • Milk — 1 tbsp.;
  • Cucumber — 1 pc.;
  • Salmon — 150 g;
  • Dill — a bunch;
  • Philadelphia cheese — 2 tbsp.

How to make salmon tartlets:

1. For the tartlets, divide the puff pastry into 2 layers and cut out round shapes. Place the shapes on a baking sheet, brush with a mixture of egg and milk, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

2. Next, make a side cut in each tartlet. For the filling, finely chop the lightly salted salmon and cucumber, and chop the dill.

3. Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl, add the Philadelphia cheese, and season with salt. Fill the tartlets with the mixture.

You get a simple and delicious dish for a festive table. You can substitute salmon with another type of lightly salted fish.
