The new system allows for the creation of referrals through the Unified State Register of Conscripts and provides access via the "Reserve+" application.
This enhancement eliminates the need to wait in line at the Military Medical Commission, which has become a significant issue at the TCC.
It is reported that initially, the service will be available to individuals who voluntarily wish to undergo a military medical examination. Those who have already received a summons will also need to submit an electronic application for creating a referral, allowing them to avoid unnecessary visits to the commission and streamline the process.
"We continue the systematic digitization of the state. Today, we give the 'green light' to electronic referrals for the military obligated," stated Denis Shmyhal in a publication.
