To determine the indexing rate, the following values are taken into account:
The inflation rate for 2024 is projected to be 12%.
The average salary for the years 2021-2023 is 13,559.41 UAH.
The average salary for the years 2022-2024 is 15,057.09 UAH.
Additionally, the three-year average growth rate of salaries, calculated by comparing the years 2022-2024 with 2021-2023, stands at 11.05%.
Based on this, the preliminary pension indexing rate is estimated at 11.53%, calculated as follows:
(12.0% + 11.05%) / 2 = 11.53%
However, it is important to note that the Cabinet of Ministers must officially approve the final indexing rate. The actual figure may differ slightly from this preliminary estimate.
