It has also been revealed that the show was filmed exclusively in Ukraine without any trips abroad. The host Grigory Reshetnik discussed the other challenges the producers faced this time.
During an interview with Reshetnik, host Slava Demin inquired about the difficulties of the new season compared to previous ones and which aspects of filming felt easier than in other years.
Grigory responded that the ease of the season stemmed from interacting with a very sincere main character. However, there were numerous challenges due to the conditions of war. Furthermore, for the first time in the history of the project, the bachelor was inclusive.
"I'll start with the ease. Our hero is Alexander Terena. Cool, genuine, communicative, and knowledgeable. Viewers will see this for themselves. The challenge: a war hero, an inclusive bachelor for the first time in the history of the global franchise. Many journalists from foreign publications attended the filming. There's tremendous attention. The challenge is that the show is about relationships, but at the same time, we want all viewers to be reassured that our veterans and inclusive individuals deserve happiness and love,” he shared.
Reshetnik also added that this season was more challenging for the participants themselves, as the girls were afraid of offending Terena's feelings and avoided discussing important topics for him.
"There were moments when Alexander would say, 'Grisha, why is no one asking about my prosthetics and daily life, how will we live after the project?' I hinted to the girls, and throughout the season, we reached a point where they were completely candid,” revealed the host of "The Bachelor."
