The measure aims to stabilize the energy system following recent Russian attacks on critical infrastructure and will affect industrial and commercial consumers on March 3.
The blackout schedule will be as follows: morning - 06:00 – 10:00, day and evening - 14:00 – 21:00.

These restrictions were implemented due to damage sustained by energy facilities during enemy attacks, which has strained the system's ability to meet full demand.
However, authorities have assured that residential consumers will not experience scheduled outages, although the situation remains fluid.
To minimize further disruptions, businesses and individuals are advised to use electricity responsibly and limit consumption during peak hours.
