According to a review on the Ministry of Finance portal, one Ukrainian woman encountered a situation where funds were deducted from her account, but the payment transaction failed, and no receipt was issued.

The incident was related to an attempt to pay for utilities, during which the system displayed an error message instead of confirming the transaction. Despite nearly 500 hryvnias being withdrawn from her account, the payment was not successfully completed, leaving the customer without proof of payment.

After reaching out to the bank's support service, the customer was informed that the error was minor and should not cause concern. However, the user insisted on resolving the issue and demanded either a payment receipt or a refund of the deducted amount.

As of now, Oschadbank has not provided an official response to the complaint. This case has revealed potential flaws in the bank's online payment system, raising customers' concerns regarding the reliability and safety of their financial transactions.
