The highest-paying institution was the Antimonopoly Committee, where the average salary exceeded 118,000 hryvnias. The Central Election Commission followed closely behind with an average salary of 97,000 hryvnias, even though elections were not held due to the ongoing war.

Notably, the leadership of the CEC (18 individuals) received some of the highest payouts, averaging 215,000 hryvnias.

It is also worth mentioning that at the beginning of the year, the average salary of officials was 38,600 hryvnias, but it steadily increased throughout 2024, reaching the current figures.

It is important to note that all of this is happening during very challenging times, as ordinary Ukrainians struggle against the significant rise in tariffs and services amid the devastating war.
