In Kryvyi Rih, teenagers got into a fight, prompting the police to launch a criminal investigation (VIDEO).

In Kryvyi Rih, a fight broke out among teenagers, resulting in one of them sustaining bodily injuries. The incident occurred in the Ternivka district of the city. The police have already initiated a criminal investigation into this matter, and a pre-trial investigation has begun. This information was reported by "Vydomo," citing the Kryvyi Rih district police department.

As a result of the conflict, a 14-year-old boy was injured, with the injuries stemming from a fight involving two 13-year-old boys. The names of all participants in the altercation have been established by law enforcement agencies. They turned out to be three teenagers: two thirteen-year-olds and one fourteen-year-old. Currently, all circumstances surrounding the incident are being clarified within the framework of the pre-trial investigation.

Law enforcement officials are determining the exact sequence of events. An important aspect of the investigation is to ascertain the degree of guilt of each participant. The police are actively collecting evidence and witness testimonies.

A criminal case has been opened under part 1 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("Beatings and Torture"). The punishment for this will depend on the severity of the inflicted bodily injuries and other circumstances of the case.

The investigation will take into account the age of the participants in the incident when classifying the crime and determining the penalty. The possibility of holding minors criminally responsible is regulated by special provisions of the legislation.
