According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers titled "Certain Issues of Support for Internally Displaced Persons," specific actions will lead to the suspension of payments.

Currently, the amount of housing assistance provided to IDPs is 2000 hryvnias for adults and 3000 hryvnias for children and individuals with disabilities. However, these payments will be terminated under the following conditions:

If IDPs spend more than 30 days outside the country without a valid reason, they will no longer receive payments.

Additionally, when IDPs purchase real estate, land, or housing valued at more than 100,000 hryvnias or a vehicle less than five years old, they lose the right to receive assistance.

Payments will also be halted if IDPs buy precious metals or foreign currency (such as dollars or euros) totaling more than 100,000 hryvnias or maintain such an amount in a savings account.

Housing benefits will be suspended for displaced persons who own property located in a safe zone (areas not affected by war) that exceeds 13.65 square meters per person.

These rules are aimed at ensuring that support is directed to those who truly need it while preventing potential misuse of resources.
