Subsidies won’t be issued this way: Ukrainians will receive 5,000 hryvnias for utility payments—here’s how to apply.

In the Ivano-Frankivsk city community, a program has been established to provide financial assistance of 5,000 hryvnias to cover expenses for housing and communal services in 2025.

This initiative, as stated by the city mayor Ruslan Marcinkiv, aims to support military personnel who are actively participating in combat operations but do not have official status as combatants and thus are not entitled to the existing benefits for utility payments.

According to the latest data, as a result of the program's implementation, 479 military personnel received financial support in 2024, with a total allocation of 2,319,000 hryvnias.

Individuals eligible for this assistance can apply in person at any local CNAP office or submit their application online.
