- Sprats, 180 g
- Salt, to taste

Preparation
1. Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes. Cool them down and cut them in half.
2. Separate the yolks from the whites. Grate the yolks on a fine grater or mash them with a fork.
3. Drain the oil from the can of sprats. Set aside 10 whole pieces for decoration. Mash the remaining fish with a fork.
4. Mix the mashed sprats with the yolks, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.
5. Fill the egg white halves with the mixture. Decorate with whole sprats, caviar, and herbs.
