Traditionally, Ukrainians purchase fish such as carp, mackerel, and herring. However, at the beginning of the year, supermarkets have reported a noticeable increase in prices for these products.
Price Dynamics for Fish:

Live Carp: the average price has increased from 155.33 UAH to 160.50 UAH per kilogram.

Gutless Carp: the cost has risen from 202.97 UAH to 204.00 UAH per kilogram.

Herring: the price has jumped from 175.32 UAH to 207.67 UAH per kilogram, marking the most significant increase among popular fish varieties.

Fresh Frozen Mackerel: the price has gone up from 181.93 UAH to 194.00 UAH per kilogram.
