Ingredients for the dough:

Milk — 500 ml;
Flour — 650 g;
Sugar — 2 tbsp.;
Salt — 1/2 tsp.;
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp.;
Raw yeast — 22 g.



Ingredients for the cabbage filling:

Cabbage — 500 g;
Salt — 1/2 tsp.;
Onion — 1 pc.

Ingredients for the sorrel filling:

Sorrel — 250 g.

Preparation of cabbage or sorrel pies:

1. In warm milk, add the yeast and sugar, mix, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then pour in the vegetable oil and salt, gradually add the flour, and knead a soft, elastic dough. Leave the dough in a plastic wrap for a couple of hours.

2. Meanwhile, finely shred the cabbage for the filling. Chop the onion finely and soak it in boiling water for 10 minutes. Knead the cabbage by hand until it reduces in size, then add the softened onion and salt, mixing well.

3. Finely chop the sorrel and knead the risen dough. Divide the dough into balls of 50 grams each. Roll the balls into small tortillas, place the filling inside, and seal them.
