Increase in tax for individual entrepreneurs:
For taxpayers in the unified tax system of the 3rd group, a tax rate of 1% will be introduced.
The option for voluntary contributions to the Unified Social Insurance Fund will be abolished, making contributions mandatory for all entrepreneurs once again.
Changes in insurance experience requirements for retirement:
To retire at the age of 60, a minimum of 32 years of insurance experience will now be required.
For retirement at 63 years, a work experience of 22 to 32 years is mandatory.
To retire at 65 years, the required experience is from 15 to 22 years.
Individuals with less than 15 years of experience will not be eligible for retirement but will instead receive state social assistance.
Increase in benefits for teachers:
Starting January 1, teachers will receive a monthly benefit of 1000 UAH (1300 UAH before tax).
From September 1, this benefit will increase to 2000 UAH (2600 UAH before tax).
Additionally, some medical services will become paid under certain circumstances, including:
Visits without a doctor's referral, except in cases where a referral is not mandatory.
Services provided under contracts with legal entities.
Treatment in medical institutions of the security and defense sector for individuals not included in the specified contingent.
Services not covered by the State Guarantees Program.
Home medical services provided at the patient's request (if not dictated by medical necessity).
Requests for enhanced comfort rooms during hospital stays.
Automation of the combatant status process through the Ministry of Veterans Affairs:
The process of granting combatant status will be fully automated.
After receiving the status, military personnel will be able to generate an electronic certificate in the "Diia" app and gain access to all benefits associated with that status.
