Distribution points for this multipurpose cash assistance, coordinated by UNHCR, will be established in the following cities:
Dnipro.
Zaporizhzhia.
Kyiv.
Kryvyi Rih.
Kropyvnytskyi.
Mykolaiv.
Odesa.
Sumy.
Kharkiv.
Chernihiv.
The program is available for the following groups:
Individuals who have been displaced both internally and from abroad (IDPs).
Individuals who have returned to their places of permanent residence after displacement, both within Ukraine and from abroad.
The charitable foundation "Right to Protection" will be responsible for data collection for UNHCR.
To apply for assistance, applicants must meet the following criteria:
The family's income must be less than 5400 UAH per person.
The family must also meet at least one of the following vulnerability conditions:
A single-parent household with children under 18 years or a household with members aged 55 and older.
A household led by one or more elderly individuals (aged 55 and older).
A family with individuals suffering from disabilities or chronic illnesses.
The amount of assistance provided will be 3600 UAH per person per month.
A total of 10,800 UAH per person for a three-month period.
The following documents will be required to apply:
A valid identification document.
Tax identification number.
Children's birth certificates, if applicable.
Bank card number (please note that eSupport cards are not accepted).
Documents confirming the family's vulnerability (e.g., medical certificates, official extracts).
Personal phone number.
Proof of the presence of all household members or relevant medical documentation for individuals with limited mobility.
The household will include:
Head of the household.
Spouse.
Children under 23 years old.
Parents, grandparents (if they are dependent on the family).
Other individuals living in the household but not falling into the above categories will be registered separately.

Individuals who have previously received assistance from international organizations may apply again, provided they have not received support in the last three months and still meet the stated criteria.
