Conscripts will continue to receive summonses in various ways, including in public places, at their workplaces, or by mail at their registered addresses. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in administrative or even criminal liability.
Fines for failing to appear at the TCC and SP, neglecting military registration, or not reporting changes in residence or personal data range from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias. Legal entities face stricter penalties, ranging from 34,000 to 59,000 hryvnias.
In more serious cases, ignoring a summons may lead to criminal liability. For instance, if an individual has passed a military medical commission and received a summons for active duty but fails to report, they could face up to five years in prison.
If a fine is issued for non-compliance with the military medical commission's requirements, the individual has 15 days to make the payment. Delays may result in additional consequences, such as the blocking of bank cards or, in extreme cases, the confiscation of the violator's property due to non-payment.
