Ingredients:

Squid: 350 g.

Onion: 1 pc.

Boiled eggs: 4 pcs.

Boiled rice: 50 g.

Boiled chicken breast: 200 g.

Hard cheese: 100 g.

Walnuts: 120 g.

Preparation Steps:

Boil the squid in salted water for 3 minutes. After cooking, slice them into thin strips. Use a salad ring to layer the squid as the first layer. Add a little mayonnaise on top.

Slice the onion into half-rings. Crumble the boiled egg yolks and mix them with the onion. Place this mixture as the second layer in the salad ring and lightly coat with mayonnaise.

Evenly distribute the boiled rice over the previous layer. Again, lightly smear with mayonnaise.

Next, cut the chicken breast into cubes and add it as the following layer. Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Grate the hard cheese and spread it over the chicken. Add a thin layer of mayonnaise to bind everything together.

After that, grate the boiled egg whites and use them as the final layer. Top with finely ground walnuts for a decorative and aromatic finish.
