The mobile application "Reserve+" stores information about conscripts that was previously kept on paper in the TCC and SP.

However, these records are not isolated on the application's servers. Instead, they are cross-referenced with other state registries, such as those maintained by the Central Election Commission, the State Tax Service, the State Migration Service, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU), the State Border Guard Service, and other executive authorities.

If discrepancies are found during the data comparison, any deferment granted through the "Reserve+" system will be automatically revoked. The verification process is based on the electronic integration of data between the "Obereg" Registry and other state registries or databases.

These changes arise from the Cabinet of Ministers' Resolution No. 1558, adopted on December 31, 2024, which amended the Procedure for Conducting Drafts outlined in Resolution No. 560.

In situations where it is not possible to verify the grounds for deferment using the Unified State Register of Conscripts and other databases, TCCs are required to notify Ukrainians. This notification, sent via phone, email, or postal service, will include a request to provide supporting documents to confirm and extend the deferment status.

This updated procedure aims to optimize the verification process and ensure that deferments are granted only to those who meet the necessary criteria, maintaining transparency and accountability in the draft system.
