Ingredients:

  • kefir — 200 ml;
  • jam — 200 ml;
  • vegetable oil — 100 ml;
  • flour — 400 g;
  • baking powder — 2 tsp;
  • soda — a pinch;
  • eggs — 2 pcs;
  • vanilla sugar — 2 tsp;
  • salt — a pinch.

Ingredients for the crumb:

  • butter — 50 g;
  • sugar — 3 tbsp;
  • flour — 6 tbsp.

Preparation of the jam pie:

1. Beat the eggs with salt and vanilla sugar, add the baking soda, then pour in the vegetable oil and kefir, followed by the jam, and mix well. Gradually add the flour and baking powder to form a soft, thick dough.

2. For the crumb, mix the butter with sugar and flour, then rub the ingredients together until crumbly. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

3. Sprinkle the butter crumb over the top of the pie. Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
