It became quite popular in the 90s, as it was easy to prepare and still delicious with simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

100 g of hard cheese.

3 eggs.

1-2 salad onions (preferably a milder variety).

Mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Boil the eggs, then let them cool. Once cooled, peel them and cut into cubes.

Peel and slice the onion into half rings, then pour boiling water over it for 5-7 minutes to reduce its bitterness.

After that, finely grate the cheese.

Begin assembling the salad by layering the ingredients. Start with a layer of onion, lightly spread with mayonnaise. Then add a layer of eggs, adding a pinch of salt if desired, and drizzle a bit more mayonnaise on top.

Finish with the grated cheese as the final layer. Chill the salad to allow the flavors to meld.

Optionally, garnish with fresh dill or parsley for a decorative touch.
