Bill No. 9564, initiated by a group of deputies from the "Servant of the People" faction led by Davyd Arakhamia, proposes strict measures to address this issue.

The proposed legislation establishes a fine of 17,000 UAH for the first offense, doubling the fine to 34,000 UAH for the second. If a driver commits a third violation, they may face a suspension of their driver's license for a period of three to six months.

The bill has already been added to the parliament's agenda and is expected to be reviewed soon. According to the explanatory note, the increased noise levels are often caused by the illegal use of loud exhaust systems and similar equipment, disrupting the peace of citizens.

In the current wartime conditions, sounds resembling enemy drones pose an additional threat, as they can confuse military personnel and law enforcement officers.

The proposed legislation also includes provisions that mitigate the severity of fines for repeated offenses. Instead of suspending driver's licenses, authorities may opt to impose a substantial fine for subsequent violations.
