Taxpayers who are members of the All-Ukrainian Association of Taxpayers have been informed multiple times that the Communication Tax Platform operates within the State Tax Service for effective dialogue between the tax authorities and businesses, allowing for prompt resolution of taxation-related issues.
Dear taxpayers who are members of the All-Ukrainian Association of Taxpayers, you have the opportunity to address problematic issues specific to your enterprise swiftly and in accordance with current legislation, without delays, on any matters related to the competence of the tax authorities. As announced by the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the Communication Tax Platform is quick, convenient, and mobile. The goal of the State Tax Service is to provide taxpayers with effective tools for resolving various taxation issues, ensuring that each case is thoroughly reviewed by specialized professionals.
Therefore, dear taxpayers who are members of the All-Ukrainian Association of Taxpayers, if you provide specific cases to the General Directorate of the All-Ukrainian Association of Taxpayers, they will be presented on a separate Communication Tax Platform with the regional State Tax Service or with the Main State Tax Service in your region, where your enterprise is registered. This will involve Lyudmila Gerasimenko, head of the department at the General Directorate of the All-Ukrainian Association of Taxpayers, who is responsible for addressing the problematic issues of the association's members, as well as Lesya Kashpur and representatives from the specific enterprise that is facing issues related to the competence of the tax authorities.
I would like to inform you that I have personally conducted 17 (seventeen) online working meetings with various regional tax offices dealing with large taxpayers, as well as the Main State Tax Service in different regions and the city of Kyiv. These meetings were dynamic and highly practical, conducted in a format of constructive dialogue, particularly with an understanding of the issues. As a result of these online working meetings, after thorough verification by the tax authorities, the problematic issues of the enterprises that are members of the Association were positively resolved, of course, within the framework of current legislation. The tax authorities provided the association's members with step-by-step recommendations and practical advice, detailing the actions needed to move them out of the 'risky' category.
I can say that I greatly appreciated this format of interaction between businesses and tax authorities. Directors and chief accountants from our member organizations were well-prepared for the online working meetings, some even presented their enterprises' activities through presentations. They were given the opportunity to directly answer all the tax authorities' questions, and I am very pleased that the conclusions from the General Directorate’s specialists, which I communicated to the tax authorities, and the explanations from our members were heard. It is gratifying that the tax authorities listen to and acknowledge our powerful Association as a representative of the public and taxpayers.
Working meetings with tax authorities in the format of effective, constructive dialogues are the way to find consensus. Our Association has always been and continues to be an advocate for such dialogue.
I strongly encourage you to take advantage of this. These can include not only problematic issues regarding the blocking of VAT invoices/adjustment acts, the classification of taxpayers as 'risky', and the non-accounting of taxpayer data tables. Any disputed or problematic issue with the tax authorities can be addressed. Therefore, if you have such issues, please reach out. We are always ready to operate within the framework of current legislation to defend the rights and legitimate interests of our powerful Association's members.
