The High Anti-Corruption Court has established a preventive measure for the participants of a criminal group suspected of embezzling 129 million UAH of budget funds. Among them is the well-known Leonid Dubinsky from Dnipropetrovsk region, as reported by "Vidomo".
Members of the group, which, according to SAP, profited from projects aimed at the restoration of Dnipropetrovsk, have been ordered to be detained with the possibility of release on bail set at 60 million UAH.
