On the night of December 18, the memorial complex at Heroes' Square in Kamensk suffered damage due to vandalism. This was reported on the Telegram channel "X.Kamensk," as conveyed by "Vidomo."
It is noted that the unidentified perpetrators removed a granite slab from one of the steles. The aftermath of the incident can be seen in the photo.
The damaged section of the memorial has already been repaired by the city's utility workers. Video footage from surveillance cameras is currently being reviewed.
