In Kamensk, a man robbed passersby while brandishing a firearm.

In Kamenskoye, police apprehended a man for a robbery attack on two local residents. Threatening the victims with a firearm, the assailant took their belongings. It turned out that the weapon was a replica, as reported by "Vydomo," citing the Dnipropetrovsk police.

Near a store, the suspect spotted two men. Approaching the strangers, the attacker assaulted them and forced them into a car. Along the way, while threatening them with the firearm, he seized the victims' mobile phones. He then dropped them off on one of the city's streets and fled in an unknown direction.

The law enforcement officers from the Kamenskoye district police department canvassed the area and identified the suspect. He was a 27-year-old local man with a prior criminal record.

The attacker has been detained. In coordination with the Kamenskoye District Prosecutor's Office, he has been informed of the suspicion regarding the commission of a criminal offense, as stipulated in part 4 of the article; a pre-trial investigation is underway, and necessary investigative actions are being conducted to ensure a complete, objective, and impartial examination of all circumstances surrounding the committed crime.
