In Dnipro, on Vadym Zhukov Street (formerly Belyaeva), a dog with a gunshot wound to the head was discovered. This was reported by "Vidomo," citing a post from the KP "Zookontrol" on Facebook.

Animal rights activists noted that they received a call regarding the injured dog yesterday, February 18.

"Upon arrival, we found a Central Asian Shepherd dog that was bleeding and had facial injuries. It was urgently transported to the KP Zookontrol base, and after an X-ray examination, it was revealed that the dog had been shot. And not just shot, but shot in the head," – the specialists from KP "Zookontrol" explained.

They also reported that the surgery was extremely difficult. The dog is currently on IV fluids, and veterinarians are doing everything possible to ensure its survival.
