Не добрали 300 метров: жители Днепропетровщины пытались покинуть Украину.

Two residents of Pavlograd attempted to cross the border outside of official checkpoints in the area of responsibility of the "Luzhanka" department of the Mukachevo detachment, but they were apprehended, as reported by "Vidomo" citing the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

The offenders were detected using remote surveillance tools. Upon noticing the law enforcement officers, the men tried to escape, prompting the border guards to fire several warning shots.

The detainees were 24-year-old residents of Pavlograd. They had independently charted a route to bypass the official checkpoints; however, their plans were thwarted by a border patrol just 300 meters from the border.

Protocols were drawn up against both young men under Article 185-10 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (KUAO) and Part 2 of Article 204-1 of the KUAO. Additionally, one of the detainees lacked identification documents, which led to an additional protocol being filed against him under Part 1 of Article 202 of the KUAO.
