In Dnipropetrovsk, an official falsely employed her daughter and collected a salary on her behalf.

Police in Dnipropetrovsk region have submitted an indictment to the court against two officials for document forgery and embezzlement of budget funds, reports "Vidomo" citing the Dnipropetrovsk police.

The official deliberately recorded her daughter's working hours in the attendance sheet, even though her daughter had not worked for almost a year but continued to receive a salary. As a result of these unlawful actions, the state suffered damages exceeding 40,000 hryvnias.

In coordination with the Slobozhansk District Prosecutor's Office, the suspects were notified of the charges for committing criminal offenses under Part 1 of Article 366 (service forgery) and Part 4 of Article 191 (embezzlement, misappropriation of property, or acquisition of it through abuse of office) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

On January 24, investigators sent the indictment against the suspects to the court.
