On the night of December 19, a fire broke out at the oil refinery of JSC "NZNP" in the Russian city of Novoshakhtinsk, Rostov region. Eyewitnesses report that the cause of the blaze was a massive drone attack, with some sources adding that missiles were also used.

“The Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the oil refinery; there were so many drones that the attack seemed endless.”
