In Dnipro, the police located two schoolboys who gained notoriety online due to their antics. They threw a homemade explosive known as a "mole" - made from a cleaning agent - at a kiosk, and also spat in the face of the kiosk vendor, as reported by "Vydomo," referencing law enforcement officials.
After residents of Levoberezhny-3 reported the juvenile delinquents, police determined that two boys, aged 11 and 15, were involved in these actions. They have already undergone a "preventive conversation."
"For the actions of the minors, employees of the Dnipro District Police Department No. 2 filed administrative protocols against the parents under Article 184 (failure of parents or guardians to fulfill their duties in raising children) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses," the law enforcement statement reads.
