The Ukrainian leader instructed to conduct negotiations not only promptly but also to thoroughly address all nuances of the agreements.
“Economics and security must always go hand in hand, and the details of the agreements matter: the better the details are articulated, the greater the result,” he noted.
An important issue in the negotiations was the release of Ukrainian prisoners held in Russia, as well as the establishment of a reliable security guarantee system to prevent the recurrence of war in the future.
