Мобилизация в Украине с 18 лет: ответ Зеленского.
U.S. government officials have repeatedly stated that Ukraine should lower its conscription age from 25 to 18 years. This has drawn a response from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Information is provided by Glavpost, referencing Today.

“Currently, there is no reason for us to lower the conscription age. We have enough personnel, but we face serious issues regarding the quantity of weapons, equipment, and ammunition. There’s no point in recruiting more soldiers if we cannot arm them. For instance, Western partners promised to equip and train 14 brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This agreement was signed a year ago. However, as of today, only 2 out of the promised 14 brigades have been trained and equipped,” Zelensky stated.

Previously, we reported on how many Russian troops were deployed to Pokrovsk and Kurakhovo.

It is worth noting that a few months ago, Ukraine already lowered the conscription age from 27 to 25 years. However, Western nations continue to persuade Ukraine to lower it even further, to 18 years. Meanwhile, Ukrainian authorities are requesting more military assistance and assert that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have sufficient personnel.
