At the same time, Volodymyr Zelensky discussed the conditions under which negotiations between Ukraine and the Kremlin could take place. He conveyed this during his address to the Ukrainian people on November 8.
In the international context, the President held talks with the head of Finland, expressing gratitude for 26 packages of military support. "We are doing everything to compel Russia to engage in proper, substantive negotiations based on international law, rather than terror," he emphasized.
Regarding the situation on the front lines, the President noted that the most challenging circumstances currently exist in the Kurakhove and Pokrovsk directions. The military command is working to strengthen positions in these areas.
Zelensky also announced the transfer of 30 apartments to the Heroes of Ukraine - servicemen from various branches of the armed forces and their families, including the family of a deceased employee of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.
