In the Odessa region, men from Dnipropetrovsk were apprehended while attempting to cross the border illegally.

In the Razdelnyansky district of Odessa, border guards from the Podolsk detachment apprehended a group of men attempting to illegally cross the Transnistrian segment of the Ukrainian-Moldovan border, as reported by "Vydomo," citing the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Nine men, residents of Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytskyi, and Kyiv regions, were found near the state border.

It was revealed that those wishing to unlawfully enter neighboring Moldova were receiving navigation instructions online from an administrator of a Telegram channel. The latter was supposed to receive 120,000 hryvnias per person on a bank card for each successful crossing of clients.

During the apprehension, one member of the group attempted to flee; however, the border guard and their service dog proved to be quicker.

For the attempt to illegally cross the border, administrative protocols were drawn up against the men under Article 204-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, and the cases were sent to court.
