In Nikopol, a moped rider struck an elderly woman in the dark (VIDEO).

An accident occurred on Shevchenko Street in Nikopol. A 61-year-old woman was crossing the road at an unmarked location and did not have any reflective elements with her. She was struck by a scooter driver. This was reported by "Vydomo," referencing the National Police of Dnipropetrovsk region.

The incident took place on November 12 at around 5:00 PM. The woman sustained a head injury and was bleeding. Law enforcement arrived at the scene and applied a bandage while monitoring the victim's condition until the ambulance arrived.

Administrative protocols were drawn up against the vehicle driver for violating traffic regulations.
