In Kryvyi Rih, a previously convicted man kicked a woman who reminded him of his debt. For this, he was punished by the court, reports "Vідомо" citing the verdict of the Ternivka District Court of Kryvyi Rih.
The incident occurred in the summer. The woman encountered an acquaintance on a pedestrian alley. During their conversation, she reminded him of the money he had borrowed and had not returned for a long time.
The mention of the borrowed funds displeased the man, prompting him to start cursing at his conversation partner.
Standing 1.5 meters away, he kicked the woman in the thigh, leaving a bruise. Afterward, the assailant fled the scene.
The man from Kryvyi Rih admitted his guilt and expressed sincere remorse. He was found guilty of causing minor bodily harm (part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Previously, the man had also been convicted—serving time for robbery combined with violence. This time, he was sentenced to 100 hours of community service.
