In Kamensk, drivers of two cars were unable to exit their vehicles after a collision (PHOTO).

In Kamensky, on Polish Street in the Zavodskoy district, a traffic accident occurred - as a result of the collision, individuals were trapped inside mangled vehicles, reports "Vidomo" citing the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Upon arrival at the scene, rescuers determined that there had been a collision between a VAZ and a Volkswagen Golf. As a result of the traffic incident, the drivers of both vehicles were trapped inside the damaged cars. Medical personnel transported two passengers from the vehicles to the hospital before the rescuers arrived.

Using emergency rescue tools, the two drivers were freed and handed over to emergency medical service workers. Four rescuers and one unit of equipment were dispatched to the scene.

The police are investigating all circumstances surrounding the accident.
