A woman tragically lost her life in a horrific accident in the Dnipro district (PHOTO).

On the evening of Friday, November 8, an accident occurred near the village of Solenoye in the Dnipro region, resulting in the death of a woman. This was reported by "Vydomo" citing the Telegram channel "Dnipro Operational" and "Informant Dnipro".

The accident took place around 5:50 PM. Preliminary reports indicate that a VAZ-2109 and a Chevrolet Aveo collided head-on.

According to initial information, the VAZ, carrying a military man, his wife, and child, was traveling on the H-08 highway and attempted to overtake a vehicle ahead. To do this, the driver moved into the oncoming lane. At that moment, the Chevrolet was approaching. This resulted in a collision.

As a result of the accident, a 34-year-old female passenger in the VAZ was killed. Unfortunately, her injuries were incompatible with life – she passed away in the hospital.

A girl born in 2018, who was also in the VAZ, was injured. She was taken to the hospital. Details regarding her condition are not yet available.

Additionally, the drivers of both the VAZ and the Chevrolet sustained injuries. Law enforcement has established that both drivers were sober.

The case is being investigated under part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of traffic safety rules or operation of transport by a person managing a vehicle, resulting in the death of the victim).
