В Днепре продолжается заседание по делу Тищенко, где нардеп подключился к процессу через видеосвязь.

On Monday, January 6, the Babushkinsky District Court of Dnipro continues the preparatory hearing in the case of MP Mykola Tyshchenko and former special forces soldier of "Kraken," Dmytro Mazokha. Tyshchenko finally appeared in court, but only online. This is reported by Suspilne, as conveyed by "Vidomo".

As is known, Mykola Tyshchenko and another defendant, ex-policeman Bohdan Pysarenko, are accused of illegally depriving a soldier, ex-fighter of the "Kraken" special unit Dmytro Mazokha (call sign Son), of his liberty.

The preparatory hearing for this case began on December 20, 2024. However, Tyshchenko did not attend. The court decided to forcibly bring him in for the continuation of the hearing on December 23. Yet again, the deputy was absent.

The prosecutor explained at that time that Tyshchenko had promised to come, so no coercive measures were applied. Later, it became known that the deputy did not attend because he had been in the hospital in Kyiv since early morning. Allegedly, he experienced heart issues at four o'clock in the morning.

During the hearing on December 23, Bohdan Pysarenko's measure of restraint in the form of house arrest was extended for two months.

It became known that the deputy joined the hearing online. His lawyer filed a motion to recuse the judge, stating that the judge had violated norms and that he had previously warned that Tyshchenko would not be present in court.
