To receive this support, families must complete an online application. This assistance is available to specific groups, including internally displaced persons (IDPs) who have relocated from areas such as Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions after February 24, 2022, and have registered in Nikopol.
Families with children with disabilities, whose monthly income per person does not exceed 3000 UAH, as well as individuals with disabilities earning no more than 3500 UAH per month, are also eligible for a food package.
To qualify for humanitarian assistance, individuals must have received aid from the fund in the past or wait three months since their last distribution.
Applicants need to provide documents such as a Ukrainian citizen passport, taxpayer identification number (or notation in the passport), a certificate confirming their social status and income (for example, Form OK-5), as well as an IDP certificate if applicable.
