The order issued by the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Filip Pronin, mandates the continuous enhancement of measures at regional checkpoints to identify and notify individuals evading military service in Poltava. These activities will be carried out by the personnel of the TCK with the support of the National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine.
All citizens subject to conscription are required to carry their military ID, passport, and, if necessary, documentation regarding deferment or exemption from conscription.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine previously reported a shortage of infantry at the front, which is facilitating the enemy's advancement. Current plans entail the mobilization of up to 300,000 citizens. As a result, regional TCK units have been transitioned to an enhanced operational mode.
Authorities warn that if the issue of infantry shortages remains unresolved, it could jeopardize the ability to hold key positions, further worsening the situation at the front line.
