Novini.LIVE consulted lawyer Anastasia Grigorieva to clarify the legality of representatives from TCK visiting closed residential complexes.
Grigorieva explained that recent mobilization laws are evolving rapidly, making their implementation challenging. However, there is a clear trend towards tightening regulations for those liable for military service and expanding the authority of TCK and SP officials regarding the timing and locations for serving summonses.
Summonses can now be served in various locations, including:
Residential addresses (including registered or declared addresses).
Workplaces.
Educational institutions.
Public places and buildings.
Areas with large crowds.
TCK and SP institutions.
Checkpoints and border crossing points.
Representatives of TCK can personally visit the residence of those liable for military service or deliver summonses via communication channels.
Grigorieva noted that TCK and SP officials are authorized to check military documents and serve summonses at any time, even at night, in both private and public places.
This includes entering closed residential areas with apartment buildings or complexes to serve summonses and verify registration documents for men aged 18 to 60.
