According to the latest forecasts, electricity tariffs are set to increase gradually, starting from a price of 4.32 UAH/kWh until the end of April 2025. After that, the cost is expected to rise to approximately 6.64 UAH/kWh and may reach 9 UAH/kWh. These changes align with the requirements of the International Monetary Fund.
Currently, gas, heating, and water tariffs are fixed until April 2025, but there is uncertainty beyond this period.
It is anticipated that the moratorium on price increases may be lifted, leading to higher expenses for consumers.
Moreover, starting January 1, 2025, gas transportation tariffs are expected to rise by 305%, which means that gas-related services could significantly increase in cost. As a result, the overall expense for heating and energy consumption for households may rise substantially next year.
