The most significant increase occurred in electricity prices, which surged by 63.6%. Since June, the cost of electricity has reached 4.32 hryvnias per kilowatt-hour.
Other utility services that have seen price increases include:
Management of apartment buildings, which rose by 9%.
Garbage collection, which now costs 5.4% more.
Housing maintenance and repair services have increased by 3.8%.
However, tariffs for water supply, sewage, natural gas, hot water, and heating have remained stable. In particular, it is expected that the gas tariff will remain unchanged until the end of April 2025, according to data from the State Statistics Service.
Additionally, it should be noted that local authorities, depending on the region, may adjust tariffs for water supply and certain other utility services.
